Understanding Your Story
Your journey to recovery begins with a detailed conversation. We take the time to listen to your history, exploring the onset, duration, and intensity of your symptoms. Together reviewing your lifestyle, previous conditions, or traumas, we build a comprehensive picture of your health to ensure every aspect of your well-being is considered. This thorough approach allows us to see beyond the surface and identify the real factors affecting your quality of life.

Physical Exams
We perform comprehensive physical examinations, including range of motion assessments, specific orthopedic tests, and functional muscles testings to understand how your body moves and identifies any limitations.
Diagnostic Imaging
If your clinical history or physical findings indicate a need for a deeper look, we may refer you for X-rays or MRI scans to ensure the most accurate assessment of your spine.
Working Diagnosis
We combine all gathered information to reach a logical working diagnosis. You will receive a clear report of findings that explains the root cause of your problem, ensuring you understand the 'why' behind your problem and starts your recovery journey.
Preparing for Your Visit
Appointment Duration
Your initial consultation typically takes 30 to 90 minutes (depending on whether any X-rays imaging will be taken on the same day). This allows us to take a detailed history of your problem—including onset, intensity, previous conditions, and medications—and perform a thorough physical exam to reach a precise working diagnosis.
What to Wear
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. We perform physical exams such as range of motion assessments, orthopedic tests, and muscle testing, so flexibility is key to a successful evaluation.
What to Bring
(1) Please bring any relevant medical reports, X-rays, MRI scans, or other clinical documents you may have.
We will review all available information to help us provide a clear summary of findings and a personalized treatment plan, which may include rehabilitation exercises and active care protocols. The more relevant information you can provide, the better we can tailor your care.
(2) For insurance claims, please check with your insurance provider regarding whether a referral letter and/or claim form are required.
In many cases, the claim form is completed by the same doctor who provides the referral letter. If required, please send the documents to us in advance or bring them along during your visit. We will then issue the appropriate receipts to support your claim.
At this time, we are not able to accept medical cards. We apologize for any inconvenience.
